Frequently Asked Questions

Inyuvate is a structured training programme that develops the ability to recognise and work with the processes through which human experience is organised.

Thoughts, emotions and behaviour are later expressions of activity already underway. This earlier organisation provides the programme’s point of entry.

Inyuvate is intended for people who want a more precise understanding of how experience is organised and a practical way of working with that process in everyday life.

It is relevant across professional, creative, educational, sporting and personal settings in which uncertainty, complexity or sustained pressure are recurring demands.

No.

Inyuvate is intended for personal and professional development. It does not provide psychotherapy or medical treatment and should not be regarded as a substitute for appropriate clinical care.

The framework draws on contemporary research across neuroscience and cognitive science, including predictive processing, interoception, anticipatory physiological regulation, embodied cognition and learning.

This body of work informs both the programme’s conceptual foundations and its training design. Readers interested in exploring the scientific background in greater depth can access the Inyuvate White Paper.

No previous knowledge of neuroscience or cognitive science is required.

The relevant concepts are introduced in accessible language, and all practical exercises are guided.

Inyuvate consists of sixteen sessions completed independently and in sequence.

Each session combines conceptual explanation with guided practical exercises supported by slides, audio guidance and accompanying written resources.

Participants work at their own pace while following the intended order.

Each session lasts approximately sixty minutes.

Participants should also allow sufficient time between sessions for practical application. Continued engagement in everyday life forms an important part of the training.

During the later stages, participants complete a structured questionnaire that brings together the work undertaken throughout the programme.

The resulting Adaptive Architecture Profile offers a personalised representation of recurring organisation across different situations and conditions, providing a foundation for continued adaptive updating beyond the core programme.

The Adaptive Architecture Profile informs tailored follow-through practices designed to consolidate and extend the capabilities developed during the sessions.
